So sorry to hear Dennis, that's just absolute scumbag behaviour. Realy hope they get caught not by the authorities but by an angry mob of fishos who will certainly demonstrate justice the physical way. I hope your insurance will fix everything up real quick n you get back out there. Sometimes it pays to have your own hidden dashcam within the car running full time or even a sticker that says hidden dashcam on your window to try and deter these as*#holes.

Very unfortunate situation Denis, even more unfortunate is there’s little an individual can do to prevent it.
Locks only keep the honest people out.

I do like the idea of a sticker for “hidden dash/security cam in use”.
Apart from the damage/repair it’s just a pain the time and effort it takes the owner to get done. All for what ? A couple of spanners (or whatever) that was in the tool box !
And even inside the car - I hope you didn’t have anything valuable or personal taken but what are they going to get a payday from ? I don’t care to understand what motivates stupid people to take short cuts in life - like stealing from others.
Let’s just hope if they are kids - they grow up.
If they are drug affected - they wake up
If they are repeatedly stupid - nothing can be done, except
Maybe clearing land mines or pharmaceutical trials.

That seriously sucks mate. I once had a hotted up HQ and came out one morning to see my sports steering wheel gone and bricks under it. Sickening feeling, just completely takes the wind out of your sails in an instant. Just hope that those that did it, one day when they do it to someone else, they get caught in the act and get the hiding of a lifetime.

Some areas are worse than others, you can't leave a pair of shoes on the porch. Unfortunately I think this kind of thing is going to get worse.
