I didn't think boats could just sink rapidly due to air pockets and the flotation foam etc.?

In saying that, if my boat turned over I don't think I'd have the nuts to swim under and find the life jackets.

If the pic I saw earlier was the actual boat, then it was a small ski boat and the description of a little bow sticking out of the water is how they sit when they sink. I could be wrong though as I cannot find the picture anymore, it was of a ski boat on a trailer at Sorrento boat ramp.

I saw the pic on the news on the ski boat on trailer at ramp also only looked like about a 4mt boat
