He is one LUCKY unlucky man.
I was looking at the footage carefully, he gets knocked to the side by his rear bumper just a split second before he fully lands on the ground. If he fell one split second earlier, he would have been flat on the ground (the bumper would probably miss him) and he would of gone under the rear wheel.
So he is lucky he didn't get run over by his own car while he was being unlucky.
