Remove wheel and put Anti seize between Alloy Rim and Wheel drum also Anti seize on wheel nuts
I can't offer any boat-related advice but you should never, ever put any kind of grease on wheel studs or nuts. They will either work themselves loose or stretch and break because you overtighten them.

Is there a easy way to lift the boat up to work on boat rollers?

Trolley or car jack with a piece of wood in between the jack and the hull....do the front 1st so the weight is shared between the jack and the rear rollers leaving the front rollers free, then repeat in reverse

One more thing I forgot to mention earlier is about polishing the outboard cowl, and similar areas on the boat ( consoles and stuff like that)
Any general car polish is enough. It keeps the cowl looking nice and new and also washes salt off very easily. I do it couple of times a year, keep the outboard nice and shiny

So I got all inspired to do a bit of maintenance, the steering I keep loose by turning it lock to lock a few times every month or so which seems to work, anyway today I had a crack at changing the bow roller. The roller is worn and when I release the anchor the anchor chain rubs over the metal roller support and it makes a lot of noise so I think maybe it spooks the fish. On my boat the roller cannot be changed, the whole fitting has to be removed and replaced, I got an identical fitting from BCF, so I though just undo the nuts and change it over. The nuts came off easy, so far so good, then the bolts are frozen in their holes, I tried to loosen them with an impact driver, no luck, I tried to knock them out but they are stuck tight, I tried to loosen the fitting by hammering in a screwdriver from the side to lever it off, it would not budge. At this point I decided to give up for the moment. I might try spraying with WD40 and having another go later, meanwhile there is all the fishing gear, my boat comes out of insurance layup in Oct so I am keen to get out ASAP after that, probably will get crap weather for a couple of weeks just to drive me crazy.
Cheers Ango.

The bolt on the steering arm was coming loose before I went out and caught some squid this morning tightened it up at the ramp. Will get some thread lock for the nut this week.

I carry onboard shifters screwdrivers electrical tape a multimeter spare fuses and spare hydraulic fluid.

Got a few squid cleaned the boat having a beer watching the footy.
