Done Some research...

Post by Leronzia » Mon Jan 20, 2020 6:20 pm

Well since last post went down to a dealer and discussed build quality of aluminum boats, and apparently he reckons seajays are best build quality vs all telwater brands. welding down the entire boat vs weld gap, weld gap...

so my budget is around 20k, maybe 25 and looking for something 4-5 metre range for bay and then occasionly on a perfect day a short while offshore.

4 stroke engine preferred, open to CC, SC, cabin.

just need some advice on a first boat. i dont want to buy brand new, but the dealer tried his very best and has me thinking otherwise.

Pleae help lol.
(Dealer was portside marine).

Ill keep a watch, for my circumstances you think second hand better option. + not planning on regularing offshore, maybe just 5 times a yearish.

other than surtees any other recommendation.

Stessl, stessco, tabs any good? vs seajay, quintrex... etc.

sorry to bother but new to boating and dont want to wast my $$$

Stabicraft...

Frozenpod would say about 6 Meters.
I don't do offshore much so I should not comment.

Plenty of other blokes on here could answer question better.
