Nobody can fix the light beer problem tuna tube..its just like a whinging pom....you just get use to it

I heard people get variable rate less than 4.90% laterly, in my opinion, if you are working professional and having a good sense of budgeting your money, do not fix the rate. Go for those nil fee + low rate variables, make extra payment as much as you can. Link the account with a credit card which has well enough limit over your monthly spending, direct your salary straight to your loan account and pay off credit card balance JUST before the due day. This would save you a couple of hundred $$ every year.
