Officially retired

Post by Texas » Tue Apr 16, 2019 12:13 pm

Since being terminated in December (after 130 weeks on workcover), it has taken until now to access my super (long story).
Although I am not 66 until May next year, I know nobody will employ me with my restrictions and age.
The house is paid off, the unit is paid off & so is the credit card.
The Hilux is booked in for a service and roadworthy tomorrow (still reg'd in Qld.)
Then it's attack them streams North of the divide & probably others
Not all paperwork is finalized, but, the rest is only transferring between accounts.
Finally 50 years of work is over :super:
Cheers Gra

It's an exhilarating feeling catching a fish
But it's an even better feeling releasing them
