I had a 1998 Falcon for 18 years - damn thing just kept going. Taught two girls to drive in it, and was the only car we had form many years.
I towed a full......and I mean full 4*6 trailer load of bricks behind it and it just kept pulling.
Other than one flat battery the car never let us down in 18 years.
It did have an on-going issue that every time the trailer was plugged in it would blow the brake switch....so i just stopped plugging the trailer lights in
When I traded it in late last year I figured it was headed for the wreckers......but it was spotted a few weeks later with a new owner and still going.
Does anyone here drive a Falcon/Territory?

I have an AU 2001 with 340,000 on it. Mechanically fine, and a BF 2008 with 135,000 on it. Take note on the 1600kg towbar capacity Which most have. For 2300kg you need HD bar with more mount points and beefed up rear springs. You cant use those load equalizer links either on the standard tow bar.

I've had an au wagon and currently drive a 2008 Territory, both great tow cars with reliable engines but they've had a lot of annoying, crappy parts that needed replacing or repair.
