no the smartest outing but theres more - this guy is running a kayak based shark comp starting this W/E

and has posted it on facebook https://www.facebook.com/N2Deep-Kayak-F ... 402735808/

Round 1 this Saturday at Balnarring everyone come and make a night of it! I’m not fussed about sharing my locations just want us all to enjoy this awesome experience! $20 entry fee with first prize going to largest Gummy, Schooly or Bronzy landed.

Prize pool shared between 1st-2nd with prizes from Cranbourne Tackleworld and Canoes Plus and a winners Plaque presented to winner @ Round 2!! For details Phone Brett on 0437362121

when asked " Is the competition a joke or for real? "

answer - " Not a joke group of mates heading out with a few new kayakers to have a fish. Let’s not get dramatic "

?? entry fee -- new kayakers and a shark hunt -- cant see a problem there

He got one apparently. Saw on FB he's now sponsored by Jackson kayaks. I wonder what sort of sponsorship a 3m bronzie in the yak will get me?
