Keeping worms in the fridge

Post by Texas » Fri Jun 08, 2018 6:57 pm

Brought 2 punnets at A1 worms at Nagambie on the 16th of March, for the cod trip
Just found them in the rear of my fridge.
Emptied them in the garden, all were alive, but not moving fast
Cheers Gra

They go better on the bottom shelf as opposed to the top shelf though from my experience.

Worms, mudeyes, and yabbies can all be kept for some time this way ;)

Tackle shops keep them in the fridge. My bro has had them in the fridge for 10 weeks and they are good to go. Puts them in a state of suspension. Like me after half a bottle of Turkey.
