Re: Bungalow Demolition
All the stumps seem to gave a "blob" of concrete at their base
Using an electric jack hammer, it appears to come off reasonably easy.
Waiting on a skip to fill.
Have quoted the demolishion of the hoarders house over the road.
No rush

Re: Bungalow Demolition
Well the concrete is all broken & ready to be picked up, when the owner gets a skip.
That includes the stumps, pathways and "clothesline" pad
Who the funudge puts in a clothesline pad, 6 to 7 inches deep (150 to 170mm ??)
Could have parked a kenworth on it
Sent big gav the photos, so maybe he can put them up.

Re: Bungalow Demolition
I would have put the closeline in 200 plus mm of concrete so the kids wouldnt pull it over then swinging on it

Re: Bungalow Demolition
Sounds like it would've been a lot easier to do an insurance job and burn it down from the start.
