purchased the weber q about 4 month,s ago and the enamel was starting to peel of the grill plate so i contacted customer support on friday told them the problem they asked me to send a couple of pic,s yep no problem received the new grill plate,s today under warranty now that,s service

Thats something Weber do very well back their products and replace any defects rapidly.

There are other cheap alternatives with similar look but I bet they won't give us the same service.
