Peg Board storage solutions.

Mate of mine DIY’d em for me. He has an aldi banger and it’s pretty cool.

Made a start today. Pics are from.instagram. I found it was easier to download and use them than try to resize to upload here

That's the shelves I want to add the pegboard to

First stop was bunnings.
Got the pegboard and also custom cut it to fit the area I wanted. And also got some timber to hold the board up. Along with some screws and washers etc.

Total.cost of parts and supplies was $85

After marking out where I wanted the holes drilled I also made provision for counter sinking the bolts so that I didn't stick out past the timber and hit the wall

The timber was then bolted onto the existing metal shelving to form the backbone to which the pegboard would be installed on.

Got sidetracked with visitors. So finally when i got it all done it was well and truly dark.

Will slowly do the finsihing touches and start to make use of the board soon.

In the meantime I'll order one of the many multiple peg kits from.ebay. nothing can be installed on the board until they turn up.

Hahah yep. I had the morning out with the wife and got all the mothers day stuff done and dusted in the morning/arvo..besides I was babysitting the twins Saturday while the wife was out spending my hard earned money..

After I got back from.bunnings it only took me about 2 hours to get the stuff done. Half of that 2 hours was looking for **** that I had just left near me and it went walkabouts..

I think I spent more time at bunnings working out what I needed than what it actually took to put the board together.
