I got one of those messages from Strudwick too, word for word

This is my reply to him and I also reported the PM as an abusive message (first time I've felt the need to report any message/post)

Some strong words there Strudwick.

How am I making fun of Jim, I actually would like to know as I don't think I have been. So if you think I have then I am open to hearing how I have.

Also, swearing and disappointing comments to me aren't a great way of getting a positive outcome and I would appreciate you stop that.

And lastly, if you are that concerned about the way the thread is going OR any posts on that thread you can do two things (both if you so wish). First is to report those posts, mine included, which I suggest you do so as you seem to feel so strongly about. Also you should strongly look at posting a comment on that thread, to curtail any future comments that may come from other members, seeing how passionate you seem to be about how the thread is going.

So Rickii, just in case you might think that anything on that (this) thread or any post on it, including yours, has been anything other than ok, well don't worry. I have spoken to Jim by phone and he is fine with the thread and the posts on it. Jim is not in a bad place as Strudwick claims , , , , he is fine , , , , well maybe a warm and sweaty ear from the phone due to our long long conversations , , , , but to my defence , , , , nah, no defence , , , , I do talk a lot

Jim doesn't even know who this Strudwick member is, neither do I , , , , I mean he has a "w" in his name, really how can you like or trust a "w" , , , , I know, need I say any more

Mr Doo, I'd love to take credit and your accolades BUT fact is Jimbo was fine before I first spoke to him. I'm just the Messenger Boy.

On that, and the matter of "being there for a mate", it is nice to see that there are blokes who have been in constant contact with Jim (as with other blokes too). AND never judge a bloke by what you may think. Some of the blokes who have kept in contact with Jim, have been by some miss-understood or only seen in a certain light , , , , I tip my hat to those blokes who have kept in contact with Jim , , , , you blokes know who you are and credit to you guys.



Also, just because someone might have had words, or that, that bloke isn't your type of bloke , , , , it still doesn't justify negative comments and it's something I don't condone.


Blokes are turning themselves into Garage Chandeliers, falling permanently asleep, doing themselves in, leaving their loved ones for ever , , , , at an alarming rate , , , , come on guys , , , , where's the brotherhood

Fishing and Fishing Forums help blokes cope , , , , but some of the behaviour here is contrary to that
