Nothing wrong with the speed or overtake.

The issue was not enough ball weight.

Totally agree on the ball weight, but he had to be doing at least 110 + to overtake.
Its not something I would risk with a BMT on the back.
Which state was this accident ?
Maybe at 110 he’s under the limit but still,, not worth it.

Plenty of roads are 110km/hr and if you rig plus load isn't safe at 110km/hr then it shouldn't be on the road.

Tend to agree with this my boat used to sway when behind my old ute. Solution get rig of it and get a better tow vehicle.
