I have a samsung galaxy s2 and would like to upload a pic on here. Its telling me file is to big. How do i make the file smaller to be able to upload? Cheers.
To fish or not to fish...NOT TO FISH ??Yea...like that's even an option !

You can set that picture quality in the actual shot. There's Superfine, Fine and an even lower setting.
Or alternatively you can put it into paint and degrade the picture quality yourself.
