Ive got the Wicked Weasel 2 piece with Freams 2500 reel. I use it as a all rounder combo from snapper to squid. Not much difference between the 2000 and 2500 Freams. Might as well go for the 2500. The best combo i have and use the most. Thats comparing it to a Veritis rod and Ci42500. Personal preference.

haha i only just seen these replies
Ducky he pmed me before he put the ad up for sale as i had a wtb add in there
i got one locally so i bought that, and used my 2004 on it
Raul - ended up getting a Itchy twitchy....

now am after a heavier rod if anyone has one lyign around
5-9kg 2 piece 7 footer in a Daiwa
