I launched about 8 am at the Coronet bay Boat Ramp and headed out to Mal ( Winchbitch ) about 400 meter out who was already fishing for some fresh bait and had been on the water for 30 min or so with a good little burley trail going which had some Yakkas interested
I grabed 7 yakkas there quickly myself and then we Paddled over to Elizabeth Island a bit over 6 km our first stop didn't produce much and we moved out onto a good little grazing patch
Snapper , King George Whiting , Silver Trevs , Yakkas , Aus Salmon and mullet where all for the taking -- also Eagle rays ask Mal and also ask how many line one eagle can go around ( he had to rerig all four lines as they were plated together nicely )
I picked up 3 keeper snaps to 44.5 cm so no large fish but all good pan size
I have plenty of fresh flesh baits for next fridays tea tree but am still guessing where to fish ---- yakka was the best bait for me today
I got time this arvo to try to chase down some squidly doodles for some fresh bait but no luck , so I chucked a line in for some Whiting picked up half a dozen from 33 -36 cm
might try and get out after work squiding through the week

Nice haul mate! I enjoy catching bait almost as much as everything else Although, with tea tree coming up, a good stock of fresh baits is even better

That's pretty good! Some fresh bait, some to eat. Can't go wrong! Would've been a good paddle!
