I was looking around the net for something and stumbled onto this somehow it's a expensive re-invented travel rod anyway heres the link to it.

I get the reason people would go for something like that, but it looks like a pile of junk, and I would avoid it personally.

Hi,

no never used one before but would be ideal for back packing around certain parts of the Prom line sealers or refuge,or up rivers during trout season.

Haven't used one but I've seen one similar used on IFish, he caught one but overall it was pretty useless, I'd probably just stick with a travel rod.

It's not going to do anything a normal travel rod can't do much better at the cost of only a tiny little inconvenience.

seen ads on tv for it. they try to talk it up like it's the next big thing but i personally wouldn't spend my money on that.

Does anyone ever really use travel rods I had one bout 7 years ago it was crap never liked it was one of the more expensive ones aswell.
Found it awkward to cast with, luckily my old mans mate loves them ended uo selling it to him and got my money back

Ive got a Shimano Raider Travel rod, I love it. Nice and flicky so gives a good cast to.

I bought one of those to have a laugh with but yeah looks crap and is awkward to cast, too embarrassed to use it in the water casted a few in the backyard pretty average.

Do you wanna buy it?haha
