What’s your opinion on 5 piece travel rods? I’m in the market for a 1-3kg for trout season rod and it’d be pretty handy to be able to pack it down like that.
Was looking at a pflueger Trion as I’ve got a one piece 2-4kg that I really like.
Cheers.

Re: Opinion on 5 piece travel rods?
That Trion 5 piece rod, I think its similar to veritas 5 piece rod. Ita actually a 3 piece rod, but they give extra mid and tip section to mix and match.
I dont know any 5 piece rod (as one rod). I know Compleat Angler's shimano balistix travel rod is 4 piece (one rod).
