I'm also after a budget baitcaster, it won't be used often hence the "budget" label, I found this one on ebay has anyone used or have an opinion on this reel ? the price is agreeable with me.

No idea about rapala baitcast reel.
My budget reel I have is Shimano Caenan, should be around $80 now. I got it spooled with 20 lb line and caught a 61cm cod with no issue.
