spinnerbait soft plastics.

hey guys! i'd like to put some soft plastics on my spinnerbaits before i go to lake eildon. could anybody tell me what brand they use? Cheers Matari

Depends on what you are targeting...Cod = Zman 5" Streakz Curly Tailz

It would probably effect the action of the spinnerbait but no harm in trying it. I like the squidgies they have a great action and the colors stand out more especially with the glitter many have on them. They are softer than soft plastics like the zman's but they won't fall apart as much if there isn't small fish attacking them like will happen in the salt.

If you want the best of both - use z mans & try cutting the a bit off each side of the paddle tail. You can also place 2 smaller cuts in front of the tail, It’ll give you some more action in tail.

Get some TT spin jigs, they are designed to put soft plastics on them, they will do the job very well

Lunker City have some nice plastics for a trailer. Also Zman are great, just be careful when storing them.

at 4 in a pack with 9.50 postage it turns out to be quite expensive, i'm only a young teenager so can't spend to much. Cheers Matari
