Flatties will take almost anything really ! . As for the bream , the SX40 as mentioned works great in golden/orange/brown colours for bream from my experience.

SFP Chick wrote:Thanks GTSHoon for the ebay link,

I wanted to see how the Zman grubs compare to our new Smashem for price.

In understand you paid $9.10 per packet of 10 x 2.5inch grubs

I am a bit confused why these are sold as 2.5inches long.

Maybe folks on here can help me understand.

2.5 inches is 63.5mm. See photo attached of the zman 2.5 inch grub. It's actually 53.89mm long, 2.12 inches long (laid out in it's natural curl out of the bag).

With member discount, the 50mm Smashem grubs are $7.16 per pack of 10, delivered.

Is it just me, or is it sometimes assumed that ebay is automatically going to be cheaper than everyone else??

I am fundamentally puzzled, that's for sure. :) :doh1:

Please enlighten me folks

Thanks heaps
Amanda
I think they get the 2.5 inch from the overall length with the tail straightened
