The have excellent customer service without a doubt!
Mike & Andy are top blokes but they are just a bit pricey though.

They are really good for all frozen bait (if your in need) and other odds and sods, and as stated above Fantastic customer service.

Been goin to Mick's store since he opened & it's my #1 stop when chasing stuff now.
Mick is a great bloke & extremely knowledgeable. Always willing to help out & offer tips on where/how to get a feed.
He also hosts some great nights down there with guest speakers such as Lee Raynor, Peter Pakula, Paul Carter, etc.
Mick's orgsanised yearly fishin trip to Fiji is also a top event.
Yeah he's a bit dearer with some items than say BCF or Ray's but he's often cheaper on other items, & the friendly service/advice more than outweighs any slight differtence in price.

Then there's his 'toy' - the back room 'simulator'.
Computer games for adults - very adictive.

Can't say enough to support Mick & the boys down there.

Definitely recommend this place, frozen baits from there are always in excellent condition and I do not buy anywhere else.

Service is top rate, and always have some info and tips to point your in the right direction.

Price, well I will say it is fair, obviously not the cheapest place but they do alright for the service they provide.

Yep one of the best stores in Victoria and some of the biggest variety from both high end to regular every day stuff!

Yes they do yabbys,worms,scrubbys and mudeyes all year round no problem at all
