Don Lake, Healesville and Emerald lake, Emerald

Post by ChrisD » Fri Sep 14, 2012 3:46 pm

Hi All - has anyone tried either Don Lake, Healesville and Emerald lake, Emerald of late?
Meant to have been some trout stocked there ready for Sept school holidays, just wondered if anyone had a chance to try them previously.

Tried Emerald Lake the other weekend, didn't do any good but a bloke on the other side near the foot bridge dragged in a smallish trout.

Haven't caught too many snapper in either lately to be honest.

You might get a better response if this thread was posted in the Fresh water sub-forum ;-)
