i would really love to give WPB a crack this time for snapper, but my boat isnt suited to it i think..

anchor is too small, and im not sure if the electric will hold in that much current ive never tried it there yet, besides all my gear is suited to lighter fishing

You would be fine mate. WPB isn't that much different to PPB other than the current and channels/sandbanks. Just like you would in PPB, pick your days and you would be right.
