I think some launching ramps could do with a traffic control officer/s. Take Carrum for example there are multiple lanes and some people do not know the flow direction.

Mordiallic has one lane for launching and another for retrieving.

Once at Sorrento this bloke had his boat on the trailer, whilst on the ramp and spent a good 15 mins talking on his mobile not making any effort to clear the ramp for some else to use.
