Downsizing rigs is it time?

Na in the boat, but larger fish seem to have gone, maybe just a lull. Sick of full baits been picked off. Been a great season on the bigs so far but fear I have seen the last of them.

Big fish can still be caught on smaller baits, see what happens-

last season, size 1 hook, 3/4 inch grub plastic, target flathead, actual catch, 80cm red..I never fish dual hook rigs,, though I rig the bait like a skipbait..no issues ever, can get a whole pillie or decent salmon filet baited up..
