Juvenile Salmon

Hello everyone. Just had a question to clarify.

Victorian fisheries authority has a picture differentiating juvenile salmon from the Australian herring.
The minimum size for salmon is 21cm. Are you allowed to keep juvenile salmon that are >21cm?

Combined is together. If you catch 10 salmon and 10 tommy rough you have your bag limit of 20 for the day. They are from the same family. Same goes for squid and cuttlefish.

Well theyre from the same family but not exactly the same fish, plus one has a size limit and one dont. It can be confusing especialy when combining them as total catch limit. Just putting it out there mate, thats all
