I have found if you throw burley like bread crumbs pollard that’s dry and floats on the surface the gars will turn up every time I am out in the boat this seems to happen if I do target them I use a self weighted pencil float so minimal part of the float is visible giving least resistance to the gar

Just bought a bunch of rigs and i added a garfish rig to the bag.
Will wait till some decent weather and get it and chase them

I should of had a rod and reel ready for gars too. Saw tonnes while heading out for some snaps the other night...
