Only problem with graphite rods I ThinkTrumpeter wrote:Not a bad ting rod but they're a little fragile, I'm too scared to use my other one now :down:Mattblack wrote:It came with a spare tip (Southern Sportsfishing), but you can also buy spares (with different action/flex) which is handy. My fav's are Ugly Stik SP761LFT's, 7'6" single piece, light and whippy, perfect for KGW etc. They can handle big rays without exploding all over the place.

Re: Fav all round rod.
All round rod for me would be the black.label v2 2-4kg
Caught me snapper, mulloway, ep, bream, salmon, flat ties, squid and some more..
Second option would be an itchy twitchy.. they are very versatile rods..

Re: Fav all round rod.
I fish land-based exclusive, and rarely target larger critters. My go-to rod used to be a Raider squid rod, but I'm increasingly using my Itchy Twitchy for most everything. It's 'all round' for my needs.
