If a fish is legal and unlikely to survive release I keep it.

You may as well keep it, if legal.

If legal I eat it as most fish I catch.

If desirable and legal I keep. Taking a boat out isn't cheap u know...
I caught my biggest whiting in its bottom and it went 48cm. It was yummy

Like the others have said I’d do the same if the fish is legal then I’d keep it.
Very nice whiting that one crumpet

If undersized, I let the nature to decide for it to live or die. I wont take home undersized fish and possibility of trying to explain that to the fisheries officer.

If legal keep if undersized release.
Not going to take a chance getting a fine for a few small fillets
