Countdown
Countdown begins, for Portland. Will be leaving my boat there for about a month.
Need to get a MMSI number, but cant find my training certificate so email the trainer for a copy
Radio is wired in and connected to GPS.
Still have to get the connectors for the fuel usage system through the rubber grommets. The NMEA is wired in and connected to the Lowrance unit.
Lures packed and line connectors, swivels and crimps all packed.
Black magic harness tick.
Inject grease into bearing buddies.
Acommodation booked.
Boat storage booked.

Re: Countdown
Preparations is a pain, in the @^&* finally after much tooing and froing, connected the VHF radio to the GPS on the lowrance. NMEA 0183.
So the radio now displays the GPS co-ordinates, still waiting on the triainer to send my compentency certificate through.
Now have to figure out how to feed the adapter through two rubber grometts
