Geelong Flatty..

Post by azkay » Fri Jan 24, 2014 9:19 am

Geelong 20/01

Wet a line for a few hours in Geelong on Monday. Fairly quiet night, few little nibbles (juvenile pinkies and tiny flatties at sunset) until 1 better size species took one on the drop! - Photo Below, fillets on the cooker on the same night..

(took a full pilly on a running sinker - surf gear)

I didn't measure it exactly, it was legal and below the PB, probably should have though! Based on the photo, the knife next to it I'd say is about 20 cms, putting the flatty at somewhere around 40-45cms. Happy to be corrected though..
