Daylesford reddies fishing 11/3/2023

Went to Daylesford for a family trip with my mate and his family. While they played in the playground and picnic area, I fished with BFS and my mate with UL spin.
I bought Rapala Trailblaza finesse baitcast travel rod few days ago, being 4 piece it's easily stored in the car near the spare tyre space. I am very happy with it. Enough flex, enough stiffness, etc.
We both used the rawit lure by fisheelures (no, it's not my business, it's my friend's). He gave me a couple to try. It's 3cm 3g sinking, similar to bullet lures. It's handmade wooden lure (mahogany I believe).
My mate caught a reddie on first cast. Between two of us, we landed 5 in 30mins if not less.
They're not big, but fish is a fish, especially during sneaky session like that. Just cast and steady slow roll retrieve.
Note, if anyone is interested in buying the lure, let me know. I am planning to get a few. RRP $12.50 but I reckon I can get for a bit less than that since I kinda know him.
