Could be handy if you got onto the salmon, freeze them then send them through the chipper. Probably would work but I would not like to be the one that has to clean it afterwards or have it stored in the garage.

Yeah I've done it. Works good just a matter of have the fish pieces small as the throat on the chopper. I used mackerel heads last time and it took me ages as I had to cut then all down. There is a couple of good videos on youtube of them .

That's one of the ones I was meaning. I didn't do it to this level but it works. I'm the back yard with salmon or the likes is more than possible to keep it all clean and manageable.
