Haha. Were you at the weigh in?

Had a mate in the crowd shout out "heyyyy ducky" as I was walking up. figured that would give it away for any forum member there that hadn't met me.

The prize pack I got was pretty poxy except for the spotters. Still bloody rapt to get one after 7 years haha

I was at the back, being propped up by a fence, (had 30 mins sleep in 32 hours lol).
Some of the prize packs are pretty weak, friend of ours finished 3rd a couple of years ago, we laughed our arses off at the stuff he got, just promotional stuff really.
Pair of spotters is ok though.!

I hear that. Knocked off work at 9pm thursday night. Organised all my **** at home. In bed by midnight. Up at 2am. On the boat at 4am. Snoozed for 30 mins during slack water at 5pm or so that arvo. Fished through till around 4am. Got 3 hours sleep. Off the water at 10am. Straight home to clean the boat and have a shower. Then off to the weigh in. Then straight from there to work for a 12 hour nightshift.

Threw a 2kg red on the BBQ for the boys at work though haha.

That's dedication Ducky well done  it's good to be able to mix fishing and work.

spotters are great prize...

I unfortunately lost mine last trip...loved them in the bluewater though.

I had to trade a indigious person a nice bottle off cordial for his 10 dollar servo sunnies cause it was a nightmare without glasses up there

good you finally got a prize ducky...eventually
