Depends which section of campaspe.
The lower section has cod abd yellowbelly. Chance of redfin and ofc carp.
Trout is closed til 2 Sept.
Cod is closed Sept and open in Dec.
Check where are you going and what you will target.
I have done some searching on google maps and found the english bridge in goornong
will there be yellowbelly and cod there??
Check the VFA website, it has a lot of good info there.
Thanks mate

with all this rain that we had this week is it worth a 3 hour drive there??

No clue about the water condition. But if its milo chocolate, it's not worth it.
Someone here might know the water condition. Or call a local tackle shop near by there maybe.

most rivers are up and running pretty high and fast at the moment, many also pretty dirty.
