Haven't been there but have a good trip, cheers davo
It's an exhilarating feeling catching a fish
But it's an even better feeling releasing them

Funny you have posted this, I googled Dartmouth because I have never heard of it, then at work i just received an email telling me about a fishing competition in Dartmouth over queens birthday weekend,I go to google where Dartmouth is again... didnt realise.

There are some good prizes up for grabs too!
All the gear.... No idea

always good fishing at the worse off times....allways good for a back strap or two....as you know

im not surprised of little response cause its prob the most dangerous lake in aus to fish...

I use to **** myself in the old 5m topender out there ....I was at the rip two weeks ago in better condition s than you can get 500 meters from the dart boat ramp

let you know how I go.

Hi guys as I have never fished here. Just wondering why it is so dangerous compared to other lakes?

Always wanted to fish the area, but it's such a hike to get there and finding the couple days off I'd need/want (and not congested with other requirements) is pretty difficult. Good luck!
