What about web dock or Sandringham rockwall, or any other rockwall. Plenty of space for everyone.

Yeah but Im using handline, the most thing difficult thing to cast is some sort of blocking! Like big rock or fence. I Webb dock it OK, if it have some flat rock.

A telescopic rod can be as short as 30cm. Still too large?
It opens up more options for you to fish.
