Was in a 5.5 Savage (not mine). Yes mate we caught 5 fish from 8Am to mid-day.

Cheers guys yer was a fun day im doing another trip soon atm they seem to be a bigger class of fish this time of the year so going to capitalise on the bigger school fish if there is room I'll do a post if anyone is keen especially those who haven't done or can't allways happy to take a newbie

I'll come with you, but I'm not a newbie. Just have to ensure I keep the missus happy between now and the trip to Bermagui for marlin in march.

But I'll still hit Pt Fairy, possibly for some more tuna and kingies. Maybe some mako shark out at the shelf.

Not fussed, can take my boat or any other, just as long as it's got the range to go to the shelf and back + trolling. How big is you petrol tank?

Chris my boat is 80lt tank drinks nothing I've done all day on tuna to the 150m line sun rise to sun set and burnt 40lt yesterday 7hrs trolling and shooting around looking 27lt lol my other boat I had custom built prowler had 150lt that I use to shoot shelf and black used 100lt big 150yammie 4stroke this boat 70suzki 4 stroke
