New to the site and new to freshwater

Post by rzkoren » Wed Feb 22, 2017 11:11 am

Hi all,

My name is Rob and I am new to this site and new to freshwater fishing.

Am wanting to learn how to freshwater fish and am teaching my daughters as well. My sons learnt on the beach with me so time to teach my young ladies. Discovered Lake Eppalock the other day and figured it was beautiful for boating and many people fishing.

Was hoping if anyone could offer some good places to anchor??!?!?!?

Have read a few articles about fish type and lures which have been very helpful but most of the tips were about fishing from the banks. I would like some advice for fishing from a boat.

Thank you in advance,

Rob

G'day and welcome Rob, I don't know too much about Eppalock but if you get to Lake Nagambie give me a call, good luck with your fishing, cheers davo
It's an exhilarating feeling catching a fish
But it's an even better feeling releasing them

Hi Davo,

It is not that far away from where I visited the other day. Might take you up on that offer as I get used to my boat and learn a few things about fishing.

Thank you.
