Hi Guys,

Seen them very cheap package ie underpowered and every cent spared in the cutout and trailer IMO.

Unsure if they offer value for money ie decent hull or are just junk.

I'd be looking at a Tournament before an Atomix only because the Tournament is a known item. Probably not as cheap at the Atomix but resale is bound to be better too (and arguably quicker)

Actually have a mate back home that's had one for a few years, he cant rave enough about it.
They are a lightish boat, and best power was actually a 115, they tested the 6 mtr version with the merc 150 and the 115 and the 115 was prefered.
There fibreglass manufacturing methods are very modern and is one of the few modern boats which has both Australia and world ratings.
Don't discount them, been in Aussie since 2004, but been hammered in pretty harsh conditions for a lot longer in N.Z.
Not been in one myself, but know the conditions back home where my mate has one, if it holds up on west coast N>Z> conditions, you wont have an issue here, trust me.
Always good to have different options........
