Mmmmmm Prime Rib , , , , Rib Steak is my favourite vegetable
But it seems that Prime Rib has us Cavemen eyeing off just meat now. So to try and kick start this thread again , , , , Garfish
I like gar the best, just headed, gutted, salted and floured then pan-fried. Served up with some blanched greens drizzled in Olive Oil and a squeeze of lemon. Yum
That was my modest catch of late season garfish but my delicious lunch on Saturday

But it seems that Prime Rib has us Cavemen eyeing off just meat now. So to try and kick start this thread again , , , , Garfish
