Squid Jerky
Marinated Squid and Whiting for 5 hours the put them into a Food Dryer-Sunbeam for 9 hours
Came out pretty Good

nice buddy what brand hydrator are you using i was a on ebay looking at them and couldnt decide heaps had a fair bit of negtive feedback

I gotta be honest denis they don't look that appetizing ? Next time I'm hanging off the st leonards pier bring a few down so I can try one. :thumbsup:

very common Vietnamese appetiser. Normally left in the sun to dehydrate - dip in hoy sin and Siracha sauce for a good kick
