Less wind and more rain is what we need to flush some of the rivers.

It's an exhilarating feeling catching a fish
But it's an even better feeling releasing them

It's been crap. I'm going stir crazy not being able to get out in the boat. I was monitoring Saturdays wind all week. ok, iffy, no good, good, average. I'd had enough of the endless windy weekends and I was prepared to grin and bear a bit of rain in favour of 15-20knot winds and push out the heads and try my luck for a gumbo.
In the end I pulled the pin late Friday afternoon, the wind forecast was all over the place so that says to me it's not a good idea.
So here I am, still waiting,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Most people go fishing to getaway from the missus, I suppose it explains why you post so much :victory:
