Any tips?

Post by MickCov » Sun Jan 13, 2019 7:34 pm

Gday everyone.Im going for a fish one night after work this week.Normally I would go to yarrambat lake and probably will end up there, but haven’t fished there for ages.Any other suggestions in that general area where I might snag a Redfin, trout, carp ect?
Thanks Mick

Mick, my son was going to fish there in the next few days with his friend, I checked with a friend who often fishes the Yarra in a eltham and his suggestion was Yarrambat lake on lure. You could also fish the Yarra at Sweeney’s lane but there as always will be a few people there. Cheers

Ok,thanks for the tips.We were thinking the plenty river for carp,it’s in the short list with Yarrambat lake (good access). Its been ages since I’ve wet a line, see how we go.
