Although , especially if you fish more urban places for bream. (like the nong on sunday morning) , peeing into the empty latte cup works a treat.
There is always more to learn , fish to catch , places to see and friends to make.

Questions
Do the Americans waters get as choppy as ours and do they take them out to sea?
And what water condition are they designed for?

A lot of those US kayaks are designed to be peddle powered bass boats and are typically used on lakes.

yes that nails it on the head - and not just there pedal boats but even most of there paddle kayaks have high seat and are wide as hell - all primary stability and bad in big seas

if you look for truly bad weather fishing Kayaks look at the countries that fish on more than flat lakes - example New Zealand - ( Viking and or Ocean Kayak prowlers ) both very good in bigger seas
or South Africa - Stealth - Pinnacle - Clark and other fishing skis

both of these countries fish off shore ( not in the bays ) but truly off shore including surf launches

try this on a kayak with high primary stability - note this fishing ski is up right on a big angled wave and it,s surprising how easy it is to lean into the wave when the boat isn't fighting you all the way
My kayak PBs
Gummy shark 128 Cm - Elephant fish 85 Cm - Snapper 91 Cm - KG Whiting 49 Cm - Flathead 55 Cm - Garfish 47 Cm - Silver Trevally 40 Cm - Long Tail Tuna 86 Cm - snook 64 Cm - Couta 71 Cm - Sth Calamari 44 Cm hood - Cobia 117 cm

On my current kayak I can stand and ****, but on the last kayak I would kneel on my knees and **** to the side. If you have scupper holes up front and have used pvc to create a rear “rocket rod holder” you can point one end to the scupper, and pee in the other end

Learn to balance you blokes and urinate overboard. Apart from the offshore guys with narrower lengthier kayaks.
