Werribee Plaza Fishmonger

Picked up some uncooked tiger prawns and some cooked king prawns.
The tiger prawns were huge, wife says 6", I say 8"s (150-200 mm)
They were dear ($54kg), but very tasty (cooked)
The king prawns were reasonably bland in comparison

Cut in half, grill them. Lemon butter garlic.

To be honest, I don't use any adatives normally
I prefer to taste some things naturally
Frankfurts, dim Sims, sausages etc I'll use sauces
