More squid

Post by Nude up » Mon Oct 18, 2021 3:20 pm

I took 2 mates out today they just wanted squid . At the ramp 9 am we bumped into another guy we know we had a quick discussion and decided we would head to indented heads .
A few drifts and they were coming thick and fast a few really big ones that really pulled line off the reel some average and some small good snapper bait size. I posted a picture that shows the biggest and the smallest by 12 we were back at the ramp cleaning the catch. Our friend in the other boat bagged as well.

You are killing it on the squid mate. Good blood size!!

But answer me this, why aren’t you going for the snapper?

I worked shift work for 34 years I am not getting out of bed at 3am to go fishing anymore. However I will be starting to fish into the evening shortly when it warms up a little.
How did you go with the hub

Indented Head is going off at the moment... I share your experience too. Range of sizes from bait size to my PB at 32cm. They're not shy at all are they!!
